How Do You Change the World?

The alumni of the Pepperdine University Master of Science in Organization Development wanted to have a conference where members of the alumni community could gather, learn and share, be real and be accepted. To help them stay focused on the vision of community as “a place where gifts are recognized and shared with one another,” they defined six design principles referred to as “keepsakes”:

      • Keep it simple
      • Keep it small
      • Keep it alive
      • Keep it close
      • Keep it open
      • Keep it going

Working on the theme of citizenship and community, they asked Peter to help them address the question “How can we use our organization development skills to improve the communities in which we live and work?”
