Bob Stilger
Bob Stilger, Ph.D. is a conversation host, teacher, speaker, consultant, facilitator and coach who has spent 35 years building strong and vibrant organizations and communities. For 25 years he was the Executive Director of Northwest Regional Facilitators, an innovative community development corporation. From 2005 – 2009 he served as the Co-President of The Berkana Institute, a nonprofit institute that works with communities and pioneering leaders in learning centres throughout the world–Zimbabwe, South Africa, Senegal, Pakistan, India, Greece, Brazil, Mexico, Canada and the U.S. His current work is to support those who are stepping forward to provide critical leadership in these times. He is an Adjunct Professor in the Leadership Studies Program at Gonzaga University and has served as Adjunct Faculty to Bainbridge Graduate Institute. www.resilientcommunities.org is his personal base on the internet and he has recently launched a new website: www.resilientjapan.org as host for this work and the commentary he is writing from there.
