Paul Born is the award-winning president and co-founder of Tamarack: An Institute for Community Engagement, which advances place-based solutions to problems like poverty. More than 10,000 subscribers engage in Tamarack’s learning community. Tamarack’s signature work, Vibrant Communities, is active in 12 cities and has so far reduced the impact of poverty for more than 120,000 people in Canada.
