Facilitating Community: A Virtual Conversation with Peter Block

During this hour-long conversation moderated by Martin Pearson of the UK’s Kinharvie Institute, Peter shares his vision of what it means to be an abundant community and outlines ways to make the communities where we work, play and live move from away from an interest in deficiencies, interests and entitlement and toward a context endowed with possibility, generosity and gifts. In the Q&A following the initial interview, Peter and listeners from around the world explore some of the fundamental shifts involved and discuss how to overcome common obstacles in facilitating community.
